Tunnel Sprints 2012

Starting at 9pm on Saturday 18th August, is the 2012 Hamilton Wheelers fixed gear Tunnel Sprints. The Tunnel Sprints take place on the Bristol to Bath cycle path.

The event returns following the great response it received when it took place last in 2010. For those not familiar with the Bristol to Bath cycle path, there are rides arranged to the tunnel from either Bristol City Centre or Boston Tea Party in Bath, both leaving at 8pm.

The races will each be a head to head knockout, until a single rider remains. A fixed gear bike is needed in order to race, but all are welcome to attend what is expected to be a great night of racing. The orgainisers are particularly keen to encourage female riders to ride in the 'girls category" races.
