Simonstrong Air Ambulance Manchester Dash

Following the great success of the Newport Trackathon, the Simonstrong Campiagn moves on to Manchester for the two hours Manchester Dash.

Simonstrong Air Ambulance Manchester Dash

The event takes place on 29th July at Manchester Velodrome. starting at 3pm.

Riding, two groups at a time, participants will work in teams to maximise the miles covered. The teams cycle for half an hour, then rest whilst another team takes over.

Billed as a 'high speed endurance workout" the idea is to complete as many miles as possible. All proceeds to go to the Manchester and Lancashire Air Ambulance services.
