Shipping Information
Our current shipping arrangements are as follows:-UK
For deliveries within the UK, all items will be sent 'free of charge" either via the Royal Mail recorded delivery service or via alternative courier services such as DHL, TNT or UPS.
Europe
"In stock" items are sent via the Airsure delivery service. The Airsure service includes 'priority handling" and a 'online tracking and delivery confirmation" to ensure the safe arrival of your goods.
The cost of delivery is £9.75 for the first item. Additional "in stock" items included in your order will be sent at no extra charge (up to a 2kg weight limit - which equates to around 15 items).
Made to Order items
Made to order items will be sent direct from the factory via alternative courier services such as DHL, TNT or UPS. The cost of delivery is fixed at £14.99 for the first three items.
Rest of World
As above, items are sent either via the Airsure delivery service or an alternative secure tracking service. Delivery costs are calculated on a weight basis. Orders weighing under 1Kg will incur a delivery cost of £14.99 (which is approximately 2/3 items).
